REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR TAKEDOWN
To process a valid DMCA request under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must be sent via email and contain the following six elements:
Authorized Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of Work
Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Specific URLs (Infringing Material)
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing. You must provide the exact URLs of the specific model pages on FreeFans (e.g., https://freefans.club/model-name/). Broad claims are not valid.
Contact Information
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your physical address, telephone number, and an active email address.
Good Faith Statement
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement (Under Penalty of Perjury)
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
